1. Immigration through a family member (relative petitions):
Preference categories:
If you wish to immigrate as a relative of U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident
you must obtain an immigrant visa number based on the preference category in
which you fall:
Immediate relatives of the United States citizens: Parents, spouses and unmarried
children under the age of 21.
First preference:
Unmarried adult children over the age of 21 of the United States Citizens
Second preference: spouses of lawful permanent residents, their unmarried
children (under the age of 21) and the unmarried sons and daughters of lawful
permanent residents;
Third preference:
Married children of the United States Citizens.
Fourth preference:
Brothers and sisters of adult U.S. Citizens.
2. Immigration through employment:
Employment First Preference (EB1): People with extraordinary abilities in the
sciences, arts, education, business or athletics. Outstanding professors or
researchers; managers and executives who are subject to international transfer to
the United States.
Employment Second Preference(EB2): Professionals with advanced degrees or
persons with exceptional abilities in the sciences, arts or business including of
qualified alien physicians.
Employment Third preference (EB3): skilled or professional workers.
Employment Fourth preference (EB4) Special Immigrants: Foreign national
religious workers and employers of the United States government.
Immigration through investment (EB5): To qualify foreign nationals should
invest between $500,000 to $1million in commercial enterprise, which will create
full time employment for 10 qualified individuals not including investor and his
family.
NATURALIZATION.
Our Law Office helps clients not only to file their Naturalization Applications

F-1- visas for foreign students studying at the accredited academic institutions in

H-1A visas - is designed for Registered Nurses.
H-1B visas - is granted to applicants who have special knowledge in different
fields which requires higher education equivalent to a baccalaureate degree or three
years of experience count as a one year of college.
H-2A visas- is designed for temporary or seasonal agricultural workers;
H-2B- visas is designed for temporary or seasonal nonagricultural skilled or
unskilled workers;
H-3- visas is designed for trainees.
L - visas is granted to intra-company transferee of managerial or executives
positions.
O - visas is given to individuals and their family members who have extraordinary
abilities in sciences, arts, educations business or athletics and recognized nationally
or internationally.
P - visas is given to athletes or members of entertainment groups, who perform,
individually, or as a team, at an international recognized level.
